The following photographs were taken
on November 2, 1997 along a roughly six-mile stretch of the trail (from
Sandburg Street to Hunter Mill Road). Areas involved include Dunn Loring
and Vienna. As you move from left to right, images go from east to west.
Note: I realize that to many people
these images may all look the same but if you frequent the trail (as I
do on bicycle), hopefully you'll recognize and enjoy these photos. I really
love being on the trail due to it's connection with the past and nature.
